Fret not, Star Wars fans. Boba Fett is back.
Marvel Comics is adapting the Disney+ series The Book of Boba Fett into a seven-issue comic book series, continuing their tradition of epic Star Wars adaptations. Following Boba Fett’s return in The Mandalorian and his own series where he takes control of Tatooine after Jabba the Hutt’s demise, this comic – written by Star Wars expert Rodney Barnes and illustrated by Will Sliney – will bring the story to life in a new format. The series will also introduce several key characters from the show to the world of comic books, including Garsa Fwip, Dokk Strassi, and Mok Shaiz’s Majordomo.
The new Star Wars series, The Book of Boba Fett, follows Boba Fett as he tries to rule Jabba the Hutt’s criminal organization on Tatooine. Having survived the Sarlacc Pit, he now faces the challenge of maintaining order and establishing himself as a powerful leader.
Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett #1 goes on sale on Sept. 9.
