FromSoftware is releasing Elden Ring for the Nintendo Switch 2, calling it the Tarnished Edition. This version includes everything from the original game and the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, plus some new items and features. These new additions will also be available for players on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
The Tarnished DLC Pack will be released on August 28, 2026, and it will cost money to buy. The developers have announced a price of 550 yen, which is about $3.44. However, the final price is likely to be around $5 when it’s available.
FromSoftware recently showed off new armor sets and customization options for Torrent, the spectral steed, in a post on social media.
The Tarnished DLC Pack adds two new character classes – the Heavy Knight and the Knight of Ides – to the game. It also includes four new armour sets, one of which you can see pictured above, and new options to customize your spectral steed, Torrent.
