SEGA, together with developer Two Point Studios, has unveiled the upcoming downloadable content for Two Point Museum titled “Fantasy Finds.” This exciting expansion is set to release on July 17th.
Here is an overview of the content, via SEGA:
The Two Point Museum is delving into the realm of medieval fantasy for the first time, offering a new downloadable content package titled “Fantasy Treasures.
Fantasy Finds” unveils a unique, exclusive fantasy exploration map for museum curators, brimming with 40 fascinating artifacts to unearth. The collection includes the Teanie Kettle, Novel Wardrobe, and Flying Carpet among others. These magical items not only serve as captivating displays but also bestow blessings on visitors when properly cared for. However, neglect these mysterious treasures at your own risk, as they may bring misfortune instead!
On your adventures, you’ll uncover these fresh enchanted displays by recruiting Fantasy Specialists hailing from Barbarian, Wizard, Rogue, or Bard professions, each boasting their unique stats. Does your crew have the combined might of Strength and Agility to fend off a dragon attack? Maybe you require the optimal blend of Intelligence and Fortune to bypass a tricky locked passage. Regardless of the hurdle, “Fantasy Finds” will test your ability to assemble a diverse group of fantasy specialists, each with their distinct strengths and abilities, to ensure a successful journey home with new magical treasures in tow.
Apart from the existing features, “Fantasy Finds” will enchant your museum experience by integrating three unique visitor types into the narrative, along with 26 thematic decorations and functional items. Interactive elements like banners, wallpapers, floors, and displays will be incorporated, immersing you further. Your expedition helicopter will also get a magical makeover, sporting a new paint job to blend seamlessly with the medieval fantasy atmosphere. Additionally, your museum staff can be upgraded with Mythical Gear exhibits, which can either be worn for protection or displayed, offering benefits such as safeguarding neighboring artifacts and job security, shielding them from potential dismissals.
The “Two Point Museum” has been released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam, with a planned release for Nintendo Switch in 2025.
