Game publisher refint/games, in collaboration with developer Bar Holographic Otaku, will be releasing the dungeon RPG titled “Touhou Artificial Dream in Arcadia” based on the popular series “Touhou Project“, for platforms including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch. The game will be available from July 3 at a price point of $14.99, as confirmed by both parties.
The game titled “Touhou Artificial Dream in Arcadia” made its debut on PC platforms, including Steam and itch.io, on the 22nd of September, 2023.

A New Incident Has Occurred, and Gensokyo Has a Clone Problem
In “Touhou Artificial Dream in Arcadia,” you take on the role of Sumireko, exploring complex labyrinths from a first-person perspective and capturing a group of powerful Touhou characters to aid you in strategic turn-based battles. Journey through Gensokyo and beyond as you investigate an incident that appears too convenient for Sumireko, given her unique ability to control this outbreak of clones – a skill she recently acquired with her new smartphone purchase.
A Large Selection of Your Favorite Touhou Characters
In the world, you’ll find duplicates known as “Sleepers”! These clones mimic existing Touhou characters, making it so almost every Touhou character is available for play. Sumireko possesses a unique application on her phone that enables her to capture Sleepers by outmatching them in a Danmaku battle.
Should you emerge victorious, you’ll have the option to incorporate them into your group, or utilize them as valuable resources! Additionally, combining several Sleepers will result in creating something entirely novel.
Including Sleepers in your group will boost battery consumption on your device. Running out of battery power means losing access to Sleepers and your map, so remember to keep a charged power bank handy!
