The game Armatus revealed a new trailer at the PC Games Show, and it appears to be a fast-paced, action-packed third-person roguelite shooter set in a world overrun by demons. It’s shaping up to be a lot of fun for fans of the genre.
This game really emphasizes the power fantasy of becoming incredibly strong, and it presents a compelling, albeit horrifying, vision of Paris. A supernatural event has turned the city into a dangerous place filled with terrifying creatures, and the game captures that grim reality quite well – as well as can be expected, given the situation.
This game puts you in the role of a powerful warrior, summoned to fight demons and help survivors escape a terrifying world. You’ll have access to a variety of weapons and unlock special supernatural powers as you progress. But be warned – the enemies are tough and won’t go down without a fight!
We enjoyed playing the demo earlier this year and are looking forward to the game’s release in winter 2026.
