Netflix is starting production on a new series based on Assassin’s Creed, and it could become one of their biggest hits. The show is set in Ancient Rome in 64 AD, and the cast has been announced. It includes Lola Petticrew, Toby Wallace, Laura Marcus, Tanzyn Crawford, Zachary Hart, Claes Bang, Nabhaan Rizwan, Noomi Rapace, Ramzy Bedia, Sean Harris, Corrado Invernizzi, Sandra Guldberg Kampp, Youssef Kerkour, Mirren Mack, and Louis McCartney.

The trailer for the new movie, Brand New Day, has gotten a lot of attention, especially the scenes showing a downcast Peter Parker struggling with his powers. The story seems to center around a world where his closest friends and love interest have no memory of him – a sacrifice he made to keep them safe. Eagle-eyed viewers also spotted Peter wearing an Empire State University (ESU) hoodie. Comic book fans will recognize ESU as the college where Peter first met Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn.

Good news for dinosaur and war movie fans! According to MovieWeb, the cult classic Primitive War will be available to stream on Hulu starting April 4th. This unique film blends dinosaur horror with the action of the Vietnam War, taking place in the jungles of 1968.

DC Comics recently revealed details about Absolute Batman #21, including several variant covers. Artist Nick Draggota created some of these covers, showcasing updated looks for the villains Two-Face and Penguin. During a Star Trek cruise panel, Connor Trinneer, best known as Commander Trip Tucker, revealed he disliked the two-part “In a Mirror, Darkly” episodes – and still does. He explained that he struggled with how to portray his character differently in the alternate universe.
