Lionsgate just dropped a new trailer for The Furious, an action-packed martial arts film. It features incredible talent from Asia, including stars and stunt teams from The Raid, like Joe Taslim and Yayan Ruhian. The movie is directed by Kenji Tanigaki, a well-known martial arts filmmaker and choreographer who has also worked on Hollywood films like Blade II and Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins.
Fans of the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End will be excited to know it’s coming to Universal Studios Japan for an extended period! Unlike typical anime events that last just a few weeks, Frieren will have a special “walkthrough attraction” running from May 30th, 2024, to January 11th, 2027. Called “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Story Walk — Echoes of Adventure,” the attraction will allow guests to relive key scenes from the series, featuring not only Frieren but also popular characters like Fern, Stark, Himmel, Heiter, and Eisen. While it’s not confirmed yet, given the success of One Piece and Jujutsu Kaisen at Universal Studios, there’s a possibility this attraction could come to North America as well.
