It helped launch MTV into making scripted shows and quickly gained a dedicated fanbase. The series followed high school student Scott McCall, who becomes a werewolf and has to balance normal teenage life with protecting his town, Beacon Hills, from supernatural dangers, all with the help of his friends. Both the original series and the 2023 follow-up movie, Teen Wolf: The Movie, are now available to stream on Prime Video.

It also appears with an “M” for Mature rating from the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB), which shares rating information. Pokemon battling has a lot of strategic complexity, but Pokemon Champions doesn’t reflect that depth in areas like character customization or rewards. Unfortunately, Pokemon Champions feels very basic in these areas, with surprisingly few options for personalization or earning rewards. This is especially noticeable because recent Pokemon games have put a lot of emphasis on letting players express themselves.

Yuki Suenaga and Takamasa Moue’s anime series, Akane-banashi, has been a standout release this spring. However, because new episodes have been released for free on YouTube, it may not have gotten the attention it deserves. That’s about to change! Akane-banashi will be available on Netflix starting May 17th, and the English dub will be released simultaneously.
