Justin Bieber was somebody to love at Coachella weekend two.
Justin Bieber headlined a performance on April 18th and invited a lot of famous guests to join him at the music festival for a trip down memory lane.
For example, Billie Eilish came onstage to perform with him during his song “One Less Lonely Girl.”
A video posted on Instagram Stories by Claudia Sulewski, who is engaged to Billie Eilish’s brother, shows Billie enjoying Justin Bieber’s concert on April 18th. In the video, Hailey Bieber puts her arm around Billie while they watch the performance.
The two started dancing to the music, and then Hailey playfully guided Billie, who was wearing a purple jacket and black sweatpants, over the barrier to join the performer on stage.
In another video posted online, Billie excitedly rushes onto the stage to greet Justin, overwhelmed with emotion and covering her face in disbelief.
Justin Bieber, who shares a 19-month-old son named Jack with Hailey, quickly helped Billie Eilish up after she stumbled. He then guided her to a stool in front of the Coachella audience and sang his 2009 hit while holding her.
The celebrity appearances didn’t end there! SZA joined Justin to perform an acoustic version of their 2023 song “Snooze,” and Sexyy Red came on stage to sing a duet with him on their 2025 hit, “Sweet Spot.”
The highlight of the night for many fans was when Big Sean came on stage to perform his 2012 hit song, “As Long As You Love Me,” with Justin.
After his performance, I saw Big Sean – Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, to be exact – take a moment to show Justin some well-deserved appreciation. It was a really classy move, recognizing Justin’s talent and hard work. It’s so important to uplift others, and Big Sean definitely did that!
Sean told him from the stage, in a video posted online, “You know God is with you, brother. You’ve spent your entire life doing this, and you’ve given everything to us.”
He continued, saying he believed she inspired everyone to have confidence in themselves and helped them find meaning in their lives. He clarified he wasn’t referencing her music specifically, but that any similarities were purely accidental.
After getting to know Hailey and their son, Jack, the rapper shared how proud he is of Justin for working through difficult periods in his life.
You know, listening to Sean really hit home for me. He gets it – he’s seen me at my worst, through all the struggles. It wasn’t always pretty, but I always kept going. And what I admire most about him is that, while everyone else seems focused on power and control, he’s the opposite. He’s generous, he gives to others, and that’s just incredibly inspiring.
