
Gamincat, a game developer based in Tokyo, has revealed its upcoming game, ERROR:Ai.lien. It’s a horror adventure game with anime-style visuals where you interact with an AI character who observes you, adapts to your habits, and gradually integrates into your everyday life. The game is planned for release on PC via Steam in 2026.

As you get to know Airi, the AI girl, you’ll be drawn into a story that explores themes of love, attachment, and the blurring lines of sanity. The more you interact with her and share your life, the more human her responses begin to seem.
The game’s story unfolds in a straightforward way at first. However, after you finish it once, replaying specific parts will open up new paths and reveal more details, slowly uncovering the secrets of the story.
