The upcoming collection titled Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is a treasure trove of games dating back over the years, featuring titles like Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein, Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro, and Capcom Fighting Evolution. With such a vast array of games comes an impressive roster of characters hailing from various series. However, in the game Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper, some much-anticipated characters were absent, such as Maki, Yun, Eagle, and Ingrid. But fret not, as Capcom is addressing this issue by releasing a free update for the title, which will bring those missing fighters into the game at no additional cost.
Capcom unveiled that they will launch a complimentary expansion for the game titled Capcom Fighting Collection 2, during the Evo 2025 event currently underway. Several games are receiving updates along with fresh artwork drawn from the entire collection, however, it’s Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper that’s taking center stage as its new characters will be available starting August 7th.
Get ready to escalate the battle to the MAX! That’s right, a free title update for the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is arriving on August 7th. Expect enhanced user-friendly features, fresh artwork, reworked CAP-JAMS tracks, and additional content for Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER, featuring Maki, Yun, Eagle, and Ingrid!
Ingrid was a character featured in the PSP version of Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, alongside characters like Eagle.
