Christine Quinn Returning to Selling Sunset 4 Years After Exit

Christine Quinn isn’t returning to Selling Sunset as-is.

The 37-year-old explains she’s changed a lot since leaving the Netflix show after its fifth season in 2022. She’s gone through a difficult divorce from her ex-husband, Christian Dumontet, and has started a new life in Texas, away from Los Angeles. These experiences have shaped who she is today.

“This isn’t about going back to how things were, it’s a fresh start,” Christine explained to Netflix’s Tudum in an interview released on April 29th. She added that she’s coming back with a new outlook, feeling more confident and clear about things.

Becoming a mother to her and Christian’s three-year-old son, Christian Georges Dumontet, has brought her a lot of clarity.

Becoming a mother has helped me focus on what truly matters and has shifted my perspective on life. I’m now more deliberate in my actions and prioritize protecting my own well-being.

But this is not to say she’s planning on shying away from conflict in season 10.

Christine says she’s still driven and straightforward, but people will likely see a more grounded and confident side of her. She wants this next phase of her career to feel authentic and new, and she’s determined to show her growth while still maintaining her strong personality. She’s not revisiting the past, but presenting who she is today.

Tarek and I are in a really good place – we’ve built a strong and happy relationship,” she shared. “I want people to understand who I am now, beyond just the ups and downs they’ve seen on TV. I want them to see the life I’ve created.”

However, both she and Christine are joining the show with pre-existing, complicated relationships – and plenty of past conflicts – with the rest of the Selling Sunset cast.

Oh my gosh, Heather just hinted at so much! She basically said there were scenes they didn’t even show us, and she’s not going to act like things didn’t happen the way they did! I’m dying to know what she’s talking about! It’s like she’s confirming everything we suspected and I NEED answers!

We’re still waiting for Netflix to share details about season 10 of Selling Sunset, but there’s lots of other great TV coming up. Keep reading to find out what else is on the way!

Christine isn’t the only former Selling Sunset star coming back for season ten. Heather Rae El Moussa will also be featured, and viewers will see how her life with husband Tarek El Moussa has changed since she left the show after season six.

She recently shared with Tudum that becoming a mother, wife, and business owner has given her a newfound sense of self. She feels confident enough to return to her career without losing sight of who she is. She described herself as more peaceful, stable, and self-assured, knowing her own desires and feeling comfortable expressing them.

The 38-year-old, who is a mom to 3-year-old Tristan with Tarek and a stepmom to Tarek and Christina Haack’s children, Taylor and Brayden, is thrilled to share her life with fans.

Tarek and I are in a really good place together – we’re stable and happy,” she shared. “I want people to see what my life is really like now, beyond just the ups and downs. I want them to see the life I’ve created.

However, both she and Christine are arriving with pre-existing, complicated relationships – and plenty of past drama – with the rest of the Selling Sunset cast.

Heather hinted that some discussions were interrupted and acknowledged that certain events did occur, refusing to ignore what had happened.
