Coronation Street and Emmerdale caught in schedule shake-up as new episodes due to air this weekend

Both Coronation Street and Emmerdale are having their broadcast schedules changed again, meaning some episodes will air this weekend.

Both shows generally have 30-minute episodes that air on weeknights. Emmerdale typically starts at 8pm, followed by Coronation Street at 8:30pm.

This weekend, fans can enjoy new episodes of both Emmerdale and Coronation Street on Sunday, April 19th. Emmerdale will air at 7:00 PM, followed by Coronation Street at 7:30 PM.

Coronation Street and Emmerdale weren’t broadcast on Tuesday, April 14th, as ITV1 showed the Women’s European Qualifier football match instead.

More changes to the TV schedule are coming, as neither of these shows will be on ITV1 at their regular time next Friday, April 24th.

ITV1 will be showing the finale of I’m a Celebrity South Africa starting at 7:30pm and running until 9:00pm.

Next week on Coronation Street, Carla Connor and Lisa Swain will get married, but their wedding day might be ruined when the venue floods.

Meanwhile, on Emmerdale next week, Charity gives birth, but things don’t exactly go to plan.

Moira Dingle, recently returned, is settling into her life, and Jacob Sugden has filed a complaint with HR about Dr. Todd.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 8pm on ITV1 and from 7am on ITVX.

Coronation Street airs weeknights at 8:30pm and from 7am on ITVX.
