Good news for fans of the popular action series! There’s a big update, but it might not be exactly what everyone hoped for – it doesn’t confirm a Season 3 release right away.
The anime series Dandadan has been officially renewed for a third season! Along with the announcement, a new illustration featuring Momo Ayase, Ken “Okarun” Takakura, and Turbo Granny (in her doll form) was released. Unfortunately, fans will have to wait until 2027 to watch the new episodes.
Momo and her friends managed to beat the space monster using a huge robot Buddha and everyone’s special powers, according to the latest news about Dandadan Season 3. Because the monster got smaller after the fight, they needed to move it – so Okarun and Jiji carried it back to Momo’s place.
Okarun is shocked to discover the space monster has a zipper! When he opens it, a beautiful girl emerges. She then kisses Okarun, who’s standing right there, as she awakens! Momo sees the kiss, and that’s how the second season of the anime ended. Fans are now eagerly waiting for the third season to learn the girl’s identity and why she was hidden inside the monster.
