Fans can now find a complete edition of the classic City Hunter manga in English. To mark the release, Clouded Leopard Entertainment is also making the retro PC Engine game, originally made by SUNSOFT, available worldwide.
Originally released in Japan in 1990, this game is now available with two versions. You can experience the game exactly as it was when it first launched, or play the Enhanced Edition, which has been updated and rebalanced to improve the gameplay.
As a fan, I’m really excited about the Hard mode! It changes where you find items, so even if you know the game well, it feels completely fresh and challenging. It’s a great way to replay and experience everything all over again.
The game launches digitally this week on February 26th, and Red Art Games is currently accepting pre-orders for a physical copy.
The product won’t be released until September 17th. However, if you pre-order the Deluxe Edition (€39.99) from the Red Art store, you’ll receive a Blu-ray sleeve and a bonus key ring.
A Collector’s Edition will also be available for €69.99, and it includes special cover art, a steel case, an acrylic stand, and the original game soundtrack on CD.
And for fans of classic music, the iconic song “Get Wild” by TM Network will be featured in the game’s music player – a great addition!
