Get ready for the next installment of UFC! EA Sports has officially announced the release date for UFC 26.

UFC 6 is the newest installment in the popular MMA video game series, letting players compete in the iconic Octagon without the risk of real-life injuries. It’s the first new release since 2023.

If you’re looking forward to playing EA UFC 6 when it comes out later this year, here’s a quick rundown of what to expect.

EA Sports UFC 6 release date and launch time

EA Sports UFC 6 releases on 19 June 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S at 4pm BST.

For those of you in different time zones, here’s what time the game will launch for you:

  • US Pacific (PT) – 8am
  • US Mountain (MT) – 9am
  • US Central (CT) – 10am
  • US Eastern (ET) – 11am
  • Brazil (BRT) – 12pm
  • Central Europe (CEST) – 5pm
  • Singapore (SGT) – 11pm
  • Australia East Coast (AEDT) – 1am, 20 June
  • New Zealand (NZDT) – 3am, 20 June

If you pre-order the Ultimate Edition, you’ll get to start playing seven days before everyone else, beginning on June 12, 2026. See below for more details.

Can I pre-order EA Sports UFC 6?

Yes, EA Sports UFC 6 is now available for pre-order.

You can buy the game on the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store, depending on which console you have.

What to expect from EA Sports UFC 6

EA UFC 6 will be built using the Frostbite engine, which also powers other EA sports games like EA Sports FC.

The game will feature more realistic fighter reactions to damage thanks to the addition of ragdoll physics.

We’re adding a new feature called “Flow State.” It triggers when you deal a lot of damage, and it unlocks special abilities unique to your fighter.

Rumors suggest a new game mode could be added, potentially starring former UFC Featherweight Champion Max Holloway.

Two new modes, ‘Hall of Legends’ and ‘The Legacy,’ have been revealed. Both will let players experience the careers of famous UFC fighters, either by playing as those fighters directly or by creating their own character and following a similar career path.
