Forza Horizon 6 Review Embargo Set for May 14th, 5 AM PST

I’m so excited! It’s official – Forza Horizon 6 has gone gold! That means the game is finished and ready to go. And the best part? I’ll finally be able to share my review with you all on May 14th at 5 AM PST. Get ready to hear what I think!

Players who purchase the Premium Edition or the Premium Upgrade with Game Pass will be able to start playing on May 15th. This should give everyone enough time to see if the game’s first adventure in Japan lives up to expectations. Early impressions and what the developers have shown suggest this could be the best installment in the series so far.

Unlike earlier games in the series, Forza Horizon 6 lets you experience Japan as a visitor. You’ll join the Horizon Festival alongside friends Jordy and Mei, where you can compete in races to earn Wristbands and become a Horizon Legend. Or, you can freely explore Japan, document your adventures in a Collection Journal, uncover hidden locations on the map, and appreciate the country’s stunning scenery.

No matter which platform you choose, Forza Horizon 6 is shaping up to be a massive release – possibly the biggest in the series, especially considering its huge map. It launches globally on May 19th for Xbox Series X/S and PC, and will be available on PS5 later in the year.
