Fifteen years, can you believe it? And she said it’s just the beginning! It gives me chills just thinking about it! They’re perfect, absolutely perfect!

I was so worried to hear that Riley Keough had to be hospitalized back in July 2025! Apparently, she developed a hernia – which is basically a weak spot in your abdominal muscles – and it was caused by wearing really tight pants. It just goes to show, even someone as glamorous as her isn’t immune to everyday things like that!
She messaged Suki on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, saying, “You haven’t tweeted in ages!” Then, jokingly, she added, “Have you ever thought maybe I wore pants so tight six months ago that I got a hernia and I’ve been too afraid to mention it?”

While the internet isn’t always a kind place, Amy Schumer is happy that, in this case, it helped her get answers.
“The internet really came for me after doing a bunch of press, and I was like, ‘OK everybody, relax,'” Amy recalled of her “puffier” face on a January 2025 episode of Call Her Daddy. “But then doctors were chiming in in the comments and they were like, ‘No no, we think something’s really up. Your face looks so crazy that we think something’s up. And I’m like, ‘Wait, I’m getting trolled by doctors?’”
After these doctors said they thought she had Cushing syndrome and that it may be caused by spiking coritsol levels or steroid injections, the Life & Beth creator thought, “Wait, I have been getting steroid injections in my scars.”
“I had a breast reduction, a C-section, whatever, and so I was getting these steroid injections,” Amy said. “So it gave me this thing called Cushing syndrome, which I wouldn’t have known if the internet hadn’t come for me so hard.”
Toda, Amy is just relieved she’s OK. As she shared in a February 2024 News Not Noise newsletter, “Finding out I have the kind of Cushing that will just work itself out and I’m healthy was the greatest news imaginable.”

I was so worried when I heard about what happened to Hailey Bieber back in March 2022! She was having breakfast with Justin when she suddenly started having stroke-like symptoms. She shared that Justin noticed something was wrong and asked if she was okay, but she couldn’t even respond. She said she tried to speak, but couldn’t, and the right side of her face started to droop. Thankfully, it stopped and her speech came back, but she immediately went to the hospital to get checked out.
It turned out she’d had a small blood clot travel to her brain, which doctors called a TIA. Later, they discovered she had a hole in her heart, a PFO, which is how the clot had gotten to her brain in the first place. She explained the clot had actually ‘escaped’ through the hole! I was so relieved to hear she had a successful procedure to close the PFO and is now doing great. It was a scary time, but I’m so glad she’s recovered!

The same year Hailey faced a health issue, Justin also experienced one. In June 2022, he revealed he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a condition that caused temporary paralysis on one side of his face. This forced him to cancel the rest of his Justice World Tour.
In a video posted to Instagram, Justin explained the virus affected nerves in his ear and face, preventing him from blinking, smiling, or moving his nostril on the affected side. He also shared that it had become increasingly difficult to eat. Thankfully, the paralysis eventually went away.
Hailey shared on Good Morning America that Justin was recovering well and feeling much better. She described the situation as scary and unexpected, but expressed gratitude that he was going to be okay.

Jamie Foxx recently shared details about the serious health scare he experienced in April 2023, which he had initially kept private. In his 2024 Netflix special, What Had Happened Was…, he explained that he was suffering from a severe headache when he suddenly lost consciousness. He doesn’t remember the next 20 days.
Initially, a doctor gave him a cortisone shot and sent him home, but his sister, Deidra Dixon, became concerned and took him to the hospital. Doctors discovered he had a brain bleed that resulted in a stroke.
After surgery, Jamie woke up in a wheelchair on May 4th, unable to walk. He then traveled to Chicago for extensive rehabilitation and therapy. He expressed deep gratitude for the prayers he received, saying he needed every single one.

The reality TV star said she briefly stopped breathing while running a mile during the first challenge on the NBC show.
She shared on the show Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser that her memory of the event was fragmented. After that, she remembered only darkness, followed by light, which led her to realize she had died that day.
She explained that her organs were failing. She hadn’t known she had rhabdomyolysis, a condition where the body essentially starts to shut down.

While filming the show, she experienced a sudden, severe headache during a workout. She described collapsing and being violently ill, realizing something was seriously wrong with her brain.
A hospital scan revealed she had suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage, a life-threatening stroke caused by a ruptured aneurysm. She immediately underwent surgery to repair it, but the pain was excruciating. During her recovery, she experienced aphasia, struggling to speak coherently.
Though she left the hospital after a month, a follow-up scan in 2013 revealed the aneurysm had grown and required a second surgery. This procedure was initially unsuccessful, causing a major bleed and putting her life at risk. Doctors had to perform a more invasive surgery, accessing her brain directly through her skull.
Fortunately, Emilia reports she has now fully recovered and is doing well.

As a lifestyle advocate, I’m always inspired by stories of resilience, and Cori Broadus, Snoop Dogg’s daughter, is a perfect example. She recently opened up about a really tough time earlier this year – a severe stroke she experienced in January. Thankfully, she has an incredible support system. She told TopMob News that she immediately reached out to her family, sending a text and a picture, and they all rushed to be there for her.
Her hospital stay ended up being longer than expected because she was also dealing with some existing health concerns – lupus and kidney issues. It was a lot to handle all at once, but she’s now on the road to recovery and doing great! She mentioned having to work on regaining some motor skills, but overall, she’s feeling good. It’s a beautiful reminder of the importance of family and staying strong through challenges.

The physical discomfort led to emotional challenges, including fear of food and struggles with body image and identity. Woodley described a period of intense mental turmoil.
Fortunately, after years of dedication to her physical and mental health, Shailene is now feeling much better and considers herself very healthy. She expressed gratitude for her recovery.
