For his new Prime Video series, Malice, comedian Jack Whitehall is taking on a darker role, playing a man consumed by a desire for revenge.
Adam intensely dislikes Jamie Tanner, a wealthy venture capitalist portrayed by David Duchovny, and dedicates all his time to trying to ruin him.
So, after a vacation with the Tanner family in Greece – where I pretended to be a tutor and sort of a male nanny for some of their friends – things really escalated when I found myself at Jamie’s place. Let me tell you, that’s where things really took off, and not in a good way – the consequences were genuinely shocking!
It was a good kind of pressure – each day at work felt challenging, and sometimes I felt a little unsure of myself. Luckily, I was surrounded by a fantastic and supportive creative team who helped me gain confidence while we were filming.
