Mark Wahlberg has traded in his boogie nights for early mornings.
Just two weeks after launching his 4AM Club Challenge workout series on YouTube, the creator behind Balls Up proved the benefits of his early morning exercise routine, silencing any doubters.
Mark shared with TopMob News’ Will Marfuggi at the Los Angeles premiere of his latest film that he’s committed to an early start. He aims to wake up around 3:00 AM, provided he can get to bed at a reasonable hour and consistently prioritizes eight hours of sleep. This is his typical daily routine, allowing him to accomplish a lot before work or the kids wake up.
Although 54-year-old Mark Wahlberg – who has four children, Ella (22), Michael (20), Brendan (17), and Grace (16), with his wife Rhea Durham – acknowledges that some social media personalities only share workouts for appearances, he aims to show his followers a genuine look at his own fitness journey.
We want to show people our process and what helps us succeed, and we also want to inspire them to reach their full potential.
But Mark’s vision for the series expands beyond his accomplishments.

We’re planning to heavily feature user-generated content to celebrate people’s fitness achievements and give them the recognition they’ve earned. This will also inspire others who see themselves reflected in these success stories and might not believe they can achieve similar results.
The actor, known for his role in Ted, explained, “My work isn’t the point—it’s about inspiring others to become their best selves.”
Mark, whose new film Balls Up is currently streaming on Prime Video, knows that his early morning workout routine isn’t for everyone, even though he consistently wakes up very early to do it.
He stressed that the most important thing is to tackle your biggest challenge first, no matter when that is. Once you overcome it, you’ll be much more likely to succeed in other areas of your life.

She told Today.com that walking on an incline is great for both muscle strength and blood flow. She also mentioned walking backward is a fantastic exercise for your glutes and legs, effectively working your entire body.

Becky shared how important fitness was to her incredible 2023. In an interview with TopMob News, she explained, “Ultimately, I’m the one who benefits most from being healthy.” She added that sticking with a healthy lifestyle means you’ll spend more of your life living that lifestyle, and that’s a positive way to look at it.
She prioritizes consistency in her fitness routine, whether that means stretching at home, going for a walk outdoors, or doing any kind of workout. She aims to exercise regularly whenever possible.

The Grammy-winning artist shared how relocating to New York City motivated her to prioritize her health and fitness. “Simply walking around the city provides a great workout,” Kelly told People magazine in a recent interview. She also mentioned she’s been enjoying infrared saunas and recently added a cold plunge to her routine, admitting friends convinced her to try it.

Julianne shared with TopMob News the one workout she always makes time for, even when she’s extremely busy.
I’m able to stay active by walking my dog in the hills,” she explained. “It’s important to get her exercise too, but really, any kind of movement – even just five or ten minutes – is crucial for me to keep my body moving.
When she has a chance to exercise, she enjoys mixing things up. ‘I love being able to do different workouts, like Kinrgy, Pilates, or yoga,’ she said. ‘That variety is what I like best.’

I make sure to get some movement in every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Sometimes I’ll put on music and dance – it’s a fantastic way to relax and boost my mood.

The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.
He shared with Us Weekly that he enjoys doing this every day, allowing him to take care of work – like answering emails and calls – while riding in a golf cart or walking outside. He finds it much more enjoyable than being indoors, saying being around nature and sunshine is refreshing and revitalizing.

I’ve been really into VR for exercise lately. We got a headset just as lockdowns started, and it’s been a lifesaver! There are tons of games that give you a great workout, and I’m often surprisingly sore afterward.

I usually go to the gym, but right now I’m doing Pilates classes online with my instructor, Britni Lariviere. I’m also challenging myself to do 2,000 jump rope swings every day.

We’ve been enjoying a lot of family bike rides lately. I also make time for pilates, usually about thirty minutes, with Andrea Rodgers, and I do foam rolling with Lauren Roxburgh.

I’ve been stuck at home for the last few months, and running while listening to music has been a fantastic way to stay positive and energized. It always leaves me feeling amazing and motivated!

“My favorite way to break a sweat is mix of sex, PRx Performance, hiking, biking.”

I connect with and inspire my followers through my Brooke Burke Body app! Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming workouts on both the app and Instagram to make fitness enjoyable and fresh. I especially love leading ‘cardio parties’ – turning up the music and letting everyone move to the beat until they feel the burn! Remember, cardio should get your heart rate up – if you’re not sweating, you’re not pushing yourself hard enough.

I’m absolutely loving obé Fitness! I’ve been regularly taking their Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga classes. I also really enjoy Pilates By Amanda’s virtual classes. And when I’m super short on time, I turn to Lauren Gores’ quick workouts on Instagram – they’re perfect for a fast but effective session!

I’ve been doing yoga at home during lockdown, and I often get carried away, ending up practicing for around two hours.

My trainer, Amoila Cesar, really pushes me to succeed by tapping into my competitive spirit and determination. He’s very vocal, and I actually thrive on it! When gyms were closed, I stayed motivated by completing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program on Beachbody On Demand. I also enjoy challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.

I’ve been enjoying a lot of dancing at home – I put on music and just let loose! It varies from following a routine to free-form movement, and sometimes I just like to have fun and twerk. I’ve also been getting out for hikes.

I love P.Volve workouts! I’ve been taking their classes for years, and now I do them at home using their streaming service. I aim to exercise at least three or four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. The focus is on building strength and lengthening your muscles, and it’s my absolute favorite way to stay in shape.
