Great news for One Punch Man fans – the wait for season 3 is almost over.
The latest update from Crunchyroll reveals that One Punch Man’s third season is set to debut on October 5th, 2025, which is just around the corner for eager fans, who now have less than a month to wait until their beloved superhero anime makes its grand comeback.
As I eagerly anticipate the commencement of the new season, it kicks off with a refresher on the events of the second one, seamlessly blending into the narrative derived from the One Punch Man webcomic. This season is themed around “The Strongest versus The Scariest,” promising another thrilling confrontation as we delve deeper into the Monster Association saga.
As well as the release date announcement, we were also gifted with a teaser trailer.
Unfortunately, it’s only 15-seconds long, but it does give us a glimpse into what’s to come.
The upcoming third season of One Punch Man will be helmed by Shinpei Nagai, who previously worked on the popular series titled “I Tried Asking While Kowtowing.
Fans of One Punch Man have had a bit of a gap between seasons – season 1 was released in 2015, and we had to wait until 2019 for season 2. Despite the delay, the show has managed to captivate audiences worldwide due to its humorous take on the superhero genre that doesn’t require much background knowledge to enjoy.
