As a movie fan, I always thought Frank Castle, aka The Punisher, was a tough character to pull off. He’s not your typical hero – he is the violence, often acting like the villains and taking out anyone who gets in his way. It’s hard to really cheer him on, honestly. But when they delve into his backstory, and you understand the tragedy he’s been through, it starts to make sense why he became this extreme, brutal figure. It explains how someone like him could even fight alongside heroes who try to do things the right way, like Daredevil.

Okay, so I just heard some awesome news! Vertical Entertainment picked up the US rights to Lords of War – the sequel, that is! They’re planning a theatrical release in 2027, which is fantastic. Apparently, they’re going to show some early footage at CinemaCon to get theater owners hyped. The movie itself was just finished filming over in Morocco, and Vendôme Pictures produced it. I’m really excited to see what they’ve done with this one!
