Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery’s deal is at risk again.
Sources familiar with the matter told Reuters that a lawsuit is expected soon to challenge the proposed merger between Warner Bros. and Paramount. California and New York, along with several other states, are reportedly preparing to sue over the $110 billion deal. While the lawsuit is expected to be filed in the coming weeks, it’s unclear which other states will participate.
