It wouldn’t be a PS Studios launch without some celebratory art, would it?
So, Housemarque just dropped Saros, and it’s amazing! As usual, to celebrate, a bunch of other PlayStation studios made some cool artwork – they’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s always awesome to see.
This time, our top pick is a relaxing scene from Sucker Punch Productions, featuring Arjun and Atsu enjoying a peaceful moment together.
Naughty Dog has updated the game’s promotional image, replacing Arjun with Ellie, and showing a threatening glimpse of the Rat King in the background.
Santa Monica Studio pairs Arjun with Kratos in its congratulatory post:
Insomniac Games is taking a similar approach to Naughty Dog, placing Ratchet in the dangerous world of Carcosa, but he surprisingly seems cheerful about it.
Despite not creating any art themselves, several studios have praised Housemarque for the release of Saros.
And now, even though they aren’t part of PlayStation Studios, the developers of Atomic Heart, Mundfish, are also joining in on the festivities.
It’s always uplifting to see studios bigging each other up like this.
Saros is now released on PlayStation 5 and we think it’s excellent. Players who enjoyed Returnal should love it, while others might find it easier to pick up and play.
