Similar to their previous game, SAROS includes a hidden, and many consider it the real, ending. Getting it isn’t difficult, but there are a few key things you need to do.

Initial Story Completion
You only need to finish the game once to unlock the achievement. You don’t have to complete every cycle perfectly or find everything. Just reach and defeat the final boss in the Yellow Shore, watch the ending, and let the credits roll.
Post-Ending Continuation
When you return to the Passage, the game will clearly guide you with objectives and show you several cutscenes. After that, head to the Yellow Shore to continue battling the enemy.
Battle the enemy right up until you have to strike the deathblow.
Now you’ll have to decide whether to defeat him or spare his life. Choosing to defeat him will simply lead to the same outcome as before.
Don’t fight the enemy. Simply walk into the portal to unlock the game’s real ending.
