SNK has revealed Mr. Karate as the last playable character coming to Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. He’ll be available later this month, adding to the game’s already strong roster.
The final boss from The Art of Fighting will be joining the fight in South Town wearing his iconic Tengu mask. We don’t have all the details on how he plays yet, but it shouldn’t be long before players can try him out.
Here’s what the press release says:
Mr. Karate is an incredibly powerful and skilled martial arts master, widely considered the strongest fighter in the SNK universe. Fans of South Town and long-time players know him well. We’re excited to see how this iconic character will fit into the fast-paced action of City of Wrestling, and we’ll share more details soon!
Mr. Karate is the second-to-last character added as part of the game’s Season Pass 2. Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star will be the final addition in June.
This popular game developer has been rapidly updating the game, releasing a new downloadable character each month in 2026.
In late April, the game received a complete overhaul of its user interface, and a new story mode was introduced. This mode is presented in a visual novel format and focuses on Wolfgang Krauser, a returning villain.
