As a huge wrestling fan, I’m getting really excited because it’s been almost a year since the last WWE game! Everyone’s starting to talk about when WWE 2K26 will finally come out, and the anticipation is building.
The WWE 2K series has been a favorite among wrestling fans since 2013, and each new game is always a highly anticipated release.

WWE 2K26 release date speculation
WWE 2K26 will likely release in March 2026.
Fans who have followed the series for a while won’t be surprised by this, as the last four WWE 2K games – starting with WWE 2K22 – have all been released in March.
However, Insider Gaming recently shared exclusive information suggesting that 2K26 is expected to release in March.
The game is expected to be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. There’s also a good chance it will be available on older PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
The game launched on Nintendo Switch 2 last July, and we anticipate it will be available on other platforms around late 2026.

What to expect from Showcase Mode in WWE 2K26
WWE 2K26’s Showcase Mode will feature CM Punk, according to an exclusive from Insider Gaming.
CM Punk will narrate the game mode, which will showcase his career through three different sets of matches.
The game will include two main sections. The first lets players experience some of CM Punk’s most iconic matches, and the second explores alternate scenarios – imagining how things might have gone if he hadn’t left the company in 2014.
Finally, the fantasy matchups will include some dream fights for Punk against wrestlers he never faced during his career.
