As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news about “Mafia: The Old Country”. Hangar 13 has confirmed not just two graphic modes for Xbox Series X/S and PS5, but also something extra special – it’s going to be PS5 Pro Enhanced right from the get-go! And here’s the cherry on top: a recent tweet confirms that it will support smooth 120Hz displays and Variable Refresh Rate on the PS5 console, promising an even smoother, more immersive gaming experience.
Improving the dynamic resolution can enhance both Quality and Performance settings on the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Unfortunately, the base resolution for these consoles hasn’t been specified yet, nor has the frame rate in Quality mode. In contrast, the Performance mode guarantees an average of 60 frames per second.
On August 8th, “Mafia: The Old Country” will be released on consoles and PCs (you can find the system requirements and graphics settings here). As a precursor to the original game, the story takes place in San Celeste, Sicily during the 1900s, with Enzo Favara as the main character.
