If the anticipation for Battlefield 6’s release wasn’t already high enough, its open beta attracted nearly 335,000 players simultaneously on Steam. However, it’s important to note that not everyone can play as it requires an EA Play Pro membership, registration for Battlefield Labs, or an early access key.
Despite not yet reaching the weekend, the game has already surpassed its peak total of 334,549 players, which is over three times greater than Battlefield 2042’s lifetime best of 107,376. In comparison to other Steam titles, it has already outperformed Starfield (330,723), Destiny 2 (316,750), Elden Ring Nightreign (313,593), and numerous others.
The highly-anticipated game, “Battlefield 6“, is set to debut on October 10th. In the interim, enthusiasts playing on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC can eagerly anticipate participating in the beta from August 9th to 10th as well as from August 14th to 17th. You can learn about all the adjustments made based on feedback from “Battlefield” Labs, including a fresh Path for the Recon class, by following this link.
