Hollyoaks co-stars Owen Warner and Jason Donovan’s daughter Jemma ‘suddenly SPLIT after two years of dating’

Hollyoaks stars Owen Warner and Jemma Donovan have reportedly split after two years of dating. 

In April 2023, the actors famous for portraying Romeo Nightingale and Rayne Royce on Channel 4’s soap opera made their relationship official to the public.

26-year-old Owen and 25-year-old Jemma, the daughter of renowned Australian actor Jason Donovan, initially crossed paths at their job site. During a vacation, Owen got acquainted with Jemma’s well-known father.

According to The Sun’s report, Owen and Jemma ended their relationship after two years together. The breakup is said to have occurred quite abruptly.

According to a source, their friendship has ended abruptly, leaving everyone who knows them feeling sad for both parties involved.

TopMob has contacted representatives for Owen and Jemma for comment.  

They’ve apparently broken up again, for the second time, following an earlier separation in August 2023, which occurred only a few months after they made their relationship public.

At the given point in time, a source stated that they enjoyed each other’s company immensely, yet over the long haul, they opted to maintain a friendship instead.

‘They are both super- professional, so it won’t change anything at work.’

Jemma often showed up on Owen’s social media accounts while they were in a relationship, and during a vacation, he got acquainted with her well-known father and family.

In April 2023, the couple publicly declared their love when Owen posted a video on Instagram, staging a proposal during a hike in Mallorca with her family present.

The video was hidden amongst numerous cherished vacation photos with family, where he playfully suggested proposing in the description.

He penned down beside the video, “She hasn’t let go of her anger from that incident yet!” following his surprising action.

In the video, they were seen embracing amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery, only for him to momentarily touch the ground and then spring back up, suggesting it was all just a playful jest.

She appeared taken aback by the suggestion, quickly placing her hands over her mouth, before he broke into laughter at her reaction.

Discussing their relationship from the previous year, Owen shared with The Sun: “Jemma persistently contacted me for dates, and eventually, I succumbed.

‘Ahhh seriously though it took me a while to pluck up the courage to ask her out.

‘I’ve just been on holiday with her family they are all amazing.’ 

Previously, Owen was in a relationship with Chloe Ferry from Geordie Shore, but they parted ways around the summer of 2022 following rumors that he allegedly contacted model Apollonia Llewellyn, asking for a meeting.

Prior to his romance with Chloe, Owen dated Hollyoaks co-star Stephanie Davis.

However, they parted ways in 2019 following nine months of companionship, as whispers circulated that Owen believed their relationship was progressing too swiftly.

Following the end of his relationship with Stephanie, Owen discovered affection with renowned Love Island alumna and makeup artist, Lana Jenkins, after they were connected via mutual acquaintances.

Shortly following his separation from Lana, Owen subsequently started dating Camilla Ainsworth, who is known for her appearance on The Apprentice. They made their relationship public at the beginning of 2021.
