Love Is Blind UK Season 2: Who Got Married and Who Broke Up

Love wasn’t enough for everyone to say “I do.” 

In the final episode of “Love Is Blind UK,” which became available on Netflix on August 27, the British pairs who had gotten engaged without seeing each other in the pods faced a tough decision: either to proceed with a wedding or to end their relationship permanently. This was not an easy call for any of them.

It’s particularly relevant for Billy Jervis, as he had concerns about Ashleigh Berry’s career as a flight attendant causing scheduling conflicts once they were married due to their differing work hours. The army trainer, who often disagreed with Ashleigh on dietary matters, expressed doubts about going through with the wedding at his bachelor party. However, Billy made a sudden decision at the last minute and chose to get married.

“It is a phenomenal feeling, I feel relieved,” Ashleigh told him after. “What made you say yes?”

He admitted feeling deeply divided by fear, given his past divorce. Yet, he expressed his affection, stating, ‘I genuinely care about you, and I desire to spend the remainder of my life with you.’

Regardless of their disagreements about who should cover the cost, Bardha Krasniqi and Jed Chouman appeared set on getting married.

Speaking from the heart, I truly believe we’re destined for greatness and spending a lifetime of joy together. In my perspective, our incredible journey has been nothing short of flawless.

Yet, Bardha turned him down at the altar.

“I vow to do all those things,” she said, “when we’re ready—and I don’t think that’s today.” 

However, other couples took the plunge and tied the knot after weeks of knowing one another. 

Megan Jupp and Kieran Holmes-Darby found their perfect ending, with no question in their minds about it. Similarly, Kal Pasha and Sarover Kaur Aujla exchanged wedding rings, having received the support of their families for their union after a long struggle.

Additionally, there’s Javen Palmer and Katisha Atkinson, who never managed to walk down the aisle. The wedding was called off after Megan accused Javen of flirting with his female co-stars during a social gathering.

“She’s lying,” Javen said in episode eight. “I don’t know what she’s talking about.” 

As an ardent admirer, let me share an intriguing tale about two beloved figures, Javen Palmer and Katisha Atkinson. Regrettably, their much-anticipated nuptials never took place. In an unexpected turn of events, Katisha decided to call off the wedding following allegations made by Megan. The claims were that Javen had been flirting with his female co-stars during a night out. However, Javen vehemently denied these accusations, leaving many fans, including myself, in a state of intrigue and curiosity.

“She’s lying,” Javen told Katisha in episode eight. “I don’t know what she’s talking about.”

He admitted that he was somewhat perplexed since Katisha seems to have received incorrect information. He emphasized that there’s nothing secretive or deceptive happening in the situation.

However, Katisha contended that her friend had no motive for deception, as she herself confessed to harboring doubts concerning her fiancé from the start.

She expressed that if she had remained, she likely would have shed many more tears, based on her past experiences. However, it was difficult for her to verbalize because she constantly had a tiny doubt lurking at the back of her mind, and she chose not to acknowledge it.

In the final episode of season two (broadcasted in August 2025), Ashleigh’s role as a flight attendant caused Billy to express doubts about their upcoming wedding, given that his previous marriage concluded in a divorce.

In this second go-round, I admit I have some apprehensions, Billy shared with the camera crew. Yet, one thing I’m certain of – Ashleigh is exceptional, and no one has ever captured my heart as deeply as she does.

Despite expressing uncertainty about his decision during the morning of the wedding, the army trainer eventually declared, “I do,” in the end.

For Ashleigh, she was “all in” with Billy, noting he was “everything I’ve dreamed of.” 

As an over-the-moon fan, I couldn’t contain my excitement when Sarover’s family graciously granted their approval for the wedding – a moment I’ve been eagerly waiting for! In true enthusiasm, Kal affectionately dubbed this special day as “the biggest day of my life” in season two.

She proclaimed in her promises, “I am eager to embark on this journey of life with you, to construct a home, a future, and a family together.

In terms of him, he destroyed the note he had prepared and admitted his feelings for his high-society sweetheart, whom he fondly referred to as his “princess of the elegant pod”, before their wedding day.

The couple experienced some disagreements over gender roles before their wedding day. 

Bardha expressed concern during a private conversation, mentioning that there have been some additional disagreements. He emphasized his worry about how these issues will be managed as they progress, indicating his commitment to the long-term journey.

And while Bardha confessed she “met the love of my life,” she said no at the altar.

“I vow to do all those things,” she said, “when we’re ready—and I don’t think that’s today.” 

Yet, she later told him, “I don’t want this to be the end of us.” 

Jed said he needed some time apart before potentially reconciling, adding, “Time will tell.”

In the finale, the couple achieved a “storybook” conclusion by getting married, and Megan mentioned that she was marrying the individual whom she had first fallen in love with.

In the final moments, she expressed that he is incredibly attractive to her, stating, “He truly understands me, and I am deeply fond of him.

And the feeling was mutual. 

As the gaming entrepreneur told her at the altar, “Megan, you’re my happily ever after.” 

Unfortunately, the couple couldn’t attend their wedding due to an unexpected turn of events. After Megan accused Javen of flirting with other women at a bar during their night out, Katisha chose to leave him, causing quite an upset for Javen.

He admitted being a bit puzzled, as it seemed that Katisha had received incorrect information. He emphasized there was nothing underhanded or suspicious happening.

In regard to Katisha, she acknowledged harboring uncertainties about him, and ultimately chose to relinquish her ring and embark on a new journey: “I was hoping for a fairy-tale ending. It turned out not to be the right direction for me, but it’s all right.

Initially, this couple was the first to take the stage, and although there were some concerns from their families, it appeared since the beginning that they were meant to get married. As expected, their wedding day ran smoothly as they exchanged promises and expressed excitement about embarking on a new phase of life together.

Steven pledged that together, they would write only beautiful chapters in their lives as they age, holding hands tightly,” was one way to paraphrase Steven’s vow to his bride as they exchanged wedding vows. Another version could be, “To his beloved bride, Steven declared that they would pen delightful chapters in their lives as they grow old, entwining their hands.” Both versions aim to maintain the original sentiment while improving readability and naturalness.

During the reunion for season one, they disclosed that their relationship had ended due to the difficulties posed by being apart because of the distances between London and Belfast.

Initially, they began quite strongly together in the pods, but disagreements about their core beliefs resulted in a tearful parting at the altar.

Tom seemed undecided as he readied himself to walk the aisle, and when it was his turn to make a decision, he opted to end things instead.

Tom conveyed to his partner, ‘I cherish you,’ but expressed that at this moment, he isn’t ready. He mentioned there have been discrepancies in our beliefs, and he needs more time to fully grasp the impact these disparities might have on our daily lives.

As a dedicated admirer, I couldn’t help but feel a glimmer of hope when these two lovebirds navigated their initial turbulence in sunny Greece. It seemed like they were finally aligning towards a harmonious future. However, the moment arrived for them to exchange vows, and it became crystal clear that we were still far from the same page.

Despite Ollie’s wholehearted commitment, indicated by his saying “I do,” Demi decided to cancel the wedding but left the possibility of continuing their relationship open.

At the altar, Demi told Ollie, “I have deep feelings for you, but I’ve come to realize that my love for myself has transformed in a significant way throughout this journey. This change in me can be attributed to you, Ollie. I understand what I seek in a husband, and I believe we still have some growth to do before we reach that point. However, my decision is not about abandoning you forever. It’s more like, ‘I don’t take this vow right now,’ rather than ‘I never will.’

Later on, Ollie expressed that he couldn’t blame Demi for her choice, as he stated, “It’s hard to judge someone harshly when they aren’t fully confident they want to marry someone they’ve only known for a short while.

Ignoring any interference from Bobby’s meddlesome mother-in-law, both Bobby and Jasmine appeared self-assured on their wedding day. Despite numerous tears, they wholeheartedly pledged their commitment at the altar, sealing their bond without a single dry eye in sight.

They announced in June 2025 that they’re expecting their first baby.

Sadly, Sam didn’t receive an invitation for their special event. Initially, Nicole had chosen Sam Klein for the gatherings, but quickly realized her error and reconciled with her original second choice, Benaiah.

Although Sam attempted to create more discord during the cast reunion, the couple was incredibly happy on their wedding day, and they joyously exchanged vows.

Benaiah expressed to his beloved, “You embrace me entirely, with all my imperfections,” showing your boundless affection for me. Nicole replied, “From the moment we met, you seemed like a soul sister to me.

To everyone’s shock, save for perhaps Catherine herself, this duo didn’t walk down the aisle on the grand day. Regardless, Catherine radiated excitement, brimming with optimism amidst their tumultuous journey as a couple over the short span of our relationship. When the question was posed, “Will you take this mortician to be your husband?”, Catherine gleamed with joy, responding enthusiastically, “I do,” but Freddie’s response was less enthusiastic, hinting at his lingering doubts.

Freddie expressed his affection for his bride by saying ‘I love you, Cat,’ but he mentioned that perhaps the moment isn’t ideal for them. He emphasized this wasn’t about ending their relationship or dismissing the love they have for each other. Deep down, he wished to agree and start this journey with her, yet as he gazed into her eyes, he realized they still had unclimbed mountains and lessons to learn before committing to a lifelong partnership.

Freddie cried heavily following the emotionally charged alter incident, and Catherine quickly departed, expressing that she felt both numb and unwanted.

It appears that even though Freddie showed a desire to carry on their relationship beyond the show, Catherine seemed less keen. She expressed her feelings by saying, “I have no interest in getting married again. I’m feeling empty. I do trust you, but it will take quite an effort for me to regain my emotional stability.
