The approach Sony is taking in the run-up to the release of Ghost of Yotei is quite intriguing; we haven’t been given much insight into the game yet, but they are gradually releasing more clips as October approaches.
As a devoted fan, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the intense battle sequences in the action-adventure game we all love, showcasing a variety of weapons at our disposal. However, the recent video release takes a refreshing turn – it’s a tranquil exploration of the game’s expansive open-world landscapes, accompanied by a captivating soundtrack that transports us to a state of serene contemplation.
In this 10-minute video, you’ll find a collection of breathtaking landscape scenes that span across the entire game map. It appears as if the creative minds in Sucker Punch’s art department have struck another home run.

In the year 1603, the story unfolds in a region named Ezo, which is now recognized as Hokkaido. This wild and lawless area might have been perilous, but its breathtaking beauty was undeniable, with Mount Yotei serving as an awe-inspiring centerpiece.
The game is quickly approaching – it’s set to release on October 2nd, 2025, which is only about a month away as I write this.
Are you as thrilled as we are to delve into this beautiful map and experiment with the photo mode? If so, let us know how much anticipation you have for the upcoming game by sharing your thoughts in the comments below!
