Disordered Media announced that the first chapter of , a single-player survival horror game where internet nightmares come to life, will be available on Steam for PC on October 7th.
Disordered Media co-founder Bugs Ray explained in a statement that their game draws more influence from online trends and internet culture than from traditional video games.
Spider Ray, co-founder of Disordered Media, explained that they wanted to create a game that celebrated the online experiences of past generations. Growing up with early internet culture, they drew inspiration from things like Flash animations, online forums, and spooky content like creepypastas, hoping to recreate that nostalgic feeling in a new, playable format.
