Sydney Sweeney is friendly with her ex. 

More than six months after ending their engagement, actress Hunter Schafer and Jonathan Davino were seen together in Los Angeles on November 1st, enjoying a casual outing.

I’ve been following the photos circulating, and it looks like Sydney was spotted leaving dinner with friends at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. She was riding in the passenger seat of a car driven by Jonathan, and she’s rocking a fresh new bob haircut with a cute outfit – jean shorts and a brown leather jacket! The Daily Mail published the pics on November 2nd.

TopMob News has contacted representatives for Sydney to learn more about her recent meeting with Jonathan, but they haven’t responded yet.

Sydney and Jonathan recently met up again, just two months after she was seen having dinner with music executive Scooter Braun in Los Angeles. Back in late September, Scooter, 44, politely held the car door open for Sydney, 28, as they left the restaurant, sparking dating rumors.

Several news sources reported earlier in the month that the former music manager and an actor from The White Lotus were dating casually. This came after they were both seen together at the Italian wedding of Jeff and Lauren Sanchez Bezos in June.

Sydney hasn’t just been linked to Scooter. Following her breakup with Jonathan, 42, she sparked dating rumors with her “Anyone But You” co-star, Glen Powell. She attended Glen’s sister Leslie’s wedding shortly after the news of her split from Jonathan surfaced.

I’ll never forget when Glen said something so true on the Jenna & Friends show back in April. He was joking around, but he said, “Timing is everything in this world, isn’t it?” It really stuck with me – he’s so right!

He explained that Sydney came to the family gathering to support his sister, and that the two are close friends.

The couple, known for making the films Anyone But You and Immaculate, were seen holding hands after enjoying a romantic dinner in Paris.

Sydney shared with Glamour UK in 2023 that working with a romantic partner is wonderful. She explained that it’s great to collaborate with someone who truly understands and champions your ideas and perspective.

Sydney and her partner were back at the Venice Film Festival in 2024. She had previously told Entertainment Tonight that wedding plans were on hold, explaining she was too busy with work.

During a rare outing in winter 2025, the couple partook in a cheeky snowball fight in New York. 

News sources reported in March 2025 that Sydney and Jonathan had ended their seven-year relationship and broken off their engagement.

Shortly before news of their split became public, Sydney went to a wedding with Glen Powell—the actor she was first linked to romantically during promotion for their 2023 movie, Anyone But You—in Texas. However, Glen’s mother, Cyndy Powell, quickly dismissed any romantic connection, telling the Daily Mail in 2025 that Sydney is just a family friend.
