ITV confirms Christmas 2025 TV schedule – from The Chase to Bullseye Christmas specials

There’s nothing like watching good TV to get you feeling festive, and ITV has delivered some truly excellent shows this Christmas.

From December 20th to January 2nd, there will be plenty of festive shows and movies on TV for everyone to enjoy.

The holiday season kicks off with a Christmas special of The Chase, first airing on Monday, December 22nd at 5:55pm. It will be shown again several times throughout the week.

This Christmas Eve, you can watch “Santa Claus: The Movie” and “Love Actually.” A new episode of “Royal Carols: Together at Christmas” will also air at 7:25pm.

Good news for soap opera lovers! Both Emmerdale and Coronation Street will be airing special hour-long episodes back-to-back, starting with Emmerdale at 6:15pm, followed by Coronation Street at 7:15pm.

After watching the Corrie Christmas special, I’m really excited because there’s a ton more festive TV coming up! They’re showing a brand new ‘Bullseye’ Christmas special, a Christmas edition of ‘The 1% Club’, and a holiday version of Romesh Ranganathan’s ‘Parents Evening’ – it’s going to be a great night for TV!

I’m really looking forward to finishing off Christmas night with Red One! It’s an action comedy with Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans, and I’ve heard great things – it seems like the perfect way to end the day.

More Christmas TV is coming! New episodes of The Masked Singer and Who Wants to be a Millionaire? will air on Boxing Day, December 26th, at 7:30pm and 9:00pm, respectively.

If you enjoy quiz shows, there’s more to come on December 27th! You can watch festive specials of You Bet! On Tour, Wheel of Fortune, and Ant & Dec’s Limitless Win one after the other, starting at 6:30pm.

UK viewers will soon be able to watch the new drama series, The Hunting Wives, for the first time. ITV has the exclusive rights to air the first season of this popular show, which has already been released in the US.

On Saturday, December 28th, there’s a great lineup of movies playing, including How to Train Your Dragon, Grease, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and Top Gun.

Join Alan Titchmarsh as he welcomes the New Year with a special program, Love Your New Year’s Day with Alan Titchmarsh, airing on Thursday, January 1st at 8:45am.

It will be followed by James Martin’s New Year’s Day and Joe Wicks’s New Year’s Day.
