Netflix is continuing its strong relationship with popular manga series like Weekly Shonen Jump. Sakamoto Days is a major anime release for the platform, and is currently available only on Netflix. Other popular Shonen Jump anime like Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, and My Hero Academia are also streaming there. This trend continues with Akane-banashi, a new anime based on a Weekly Shonen Jump manga, which was announced last year and is now available to stream.
Okay, so it looks like Survivor 50’s Charlie Davis might have misread the room a bit. He thought Rizo Velovic, who came back for another season so quickly after being on Survivor 49, was flying solo out there in Fiji. But it seems Rizo actually had some connections and alliances forming – Charlie’s assumption that he was totally on his own wasn’t quite right. It’s a good reminder that in this game, things are rarely as they appear!
I’m so excited – Netflix Anime just confirmed that the series will start streaming on April 11th! It looks like they’re sticking with the same release schedule as the Egghead Incident Arc, meaning new episodes will drop a week after they air in Japan. They’re also adding episodes in batches, which is cool. We’ve already gotten a few from the Whole Cake Island Arc, but there are still plenty more episodes to come – I can’t wait to see what else they add!
