As a fan of Call of the Sea, I’m really excited about this new announcement! It’s not just another game like the first one – it’s a proper sequel, which is huge. The store descriptions and what I’ve read online make it sound like a Lovecraftian puzzle adventure that continues the story decades after the original. That’s what gets me most excited – it feels like they’re actually building on the world they created, instead of just trying to recapture the same feeling with a new game. It’s great to see them investing in the existing story!

I’m so excited! Apple TV just gave us a fantastic update on the next season of Dark Matter. Not only will Season 2 premiere on August 28th, with new episodes coming out every week through October, but they’ve also shared what the new season is all about. It’s been almost two years since we last saw these characters, which seems to be pretty common with streaming shows these days, but this season is promising something really big – they’re finally going to answer a question fans have been waiting for ten years to get answered! And it sounds like the show is going to move beyond the original Blake Crouch book it’s based on, which is incredibly exciting!

A new trailer for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again revealed that Jessica Jones has a daughter. Krysten Ritter’s character says someone came to her home while her daughter was there, though the child wasn’t shown and her name or father remains a mystery. Interestingly, in the Marvel comics, Jessica Jones has a daughter named Danielle Cage with Luke Cage. Adding to the excitement, photos from the set of Daredevil: Born Again confirm that Mike Colter and Finn Jones will be returning as Luke Cage and Iron Fist, suggesting a full reunion of the Defenders team. Given Colter’s return and the comic book storyline, many fans believe the daughter will eventually become Captain America.

The movie 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple has climbed to number two on JustWatch’s weekly Top 10 Movies chart, up from third place last week. It’s currently just behind the popular crime drama Crime 101.

We’re also focusing on original series, not sequels or continuations – for example, we won’t be including both Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super on this list. Thankfully (or unfortunately!), many anime have experienced significant delays, giving us a lot to choose from.

The animated movie The Prince of Egypt became available on Peacock on April 1st, right before Easter. Released in 1998 as DreamWorks Animation’s second and first traditionally animated film, it’s still considered one of the best animated movies of all time by both critics and viewers. The film is a musical adaptation of the story of Exodus, telling the story of Moses’ life from his early days as an Egyptian prince to his destiny as the leader of the Israelites.
