WIT Studio is famous for its work on the first three seasons of Attack on Titan and the Netflix series Great Pretender. Recently, the studio has also been focusing on original projects, including Moonrise, which they’re creating with Netflix.

They’re known for giving each new series a unique art style, helping them stand out in the anime world. Their next project, Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia, had its first teaser, key visual, and planned release timeframe revealed on December 27th, 2025. Fans can expect it to premiere in July 2026 as part of the summer season, with a specific release date still to come.

The final season may revisit the events of Will’s disappearance in Season 1 and continue plotlines from Season 4, but none of what happens in the latest episodes would have been possible without the events of Season 2.

While we’re all eagerly waiting for our favorites to come back next year, Netflix is constantly adding new series too. But unfortunately, it’s not all good news – What’s on Netflix recently reported that over 100 Originals, including some fantastic anime, are leaving the platform soon. It’s a real shame to see some of these go!
