Marvel and USA Today are bringing back a classic way to enjoy comics! Spider-Man will appear in a new, digital comic called Spider-Man TODAY on USA Today’s PLAY platform. This isn’t your typical comic book – it’s designed to be read vertically on your phone, like scrolling through social media, and will be released in installments over 48 weeks. It’s a great starting point for anyone new to comics, features a fantastic creative team, and revives a beloved format from Marvel’s history.

Of course, not every movie succeeds, and many released during this busy period have flopped. While films like the sci-fi movie Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die didn’t perform well, earning only $9.3 million despite a $20 million budget, it’s nothing compared to some of this year’s biggest failures. Even though we’re only halfway through 2026, these movies have already made headlines due to the enormous financial losses they’ve incurred.

Many PlayStation fans are familiar with Housemarque, the Finnish game studio. Though they’ve collaborated with PlayStation Studios for years – even going back to the PS3 era as a close partner – they weren’t officially part of the PlayStation family until after their popular game Returnal was released.

These cards quickly became popular with a dedicated following and have been reprinted several times since their original release, even inspiring a movie in 1996. This has increased their value, with some individual cards now selling for over $3,000. Now, a reasonably-conditioned complete set is up for auction at Heritage, offering a rare opportunity to own a complete “Mars Attacks” collection without a huge investment.

What’s more, The Mask hasn’t been consistently revisited like some other long-running franchises—in fact, it largely faded away after the poorly received Son of the Mask in 2005. This makes the possibility of a Mask 2 stand out from the wave of sequels to older films we’re seeing now, because fans never really got a proper follow-up to the original.

Okay, so there’s this rumor going around – and honestly, it seems pretty fake – about a leaked Spider-Man figure. It started because this insider, Daniel Richtman, mentioned back in November that Tobey Maguire might be involved in the next movie. Now, some fans are even saying Maguire’s Spider-Man could replace Tom Holland’s! I really hope that’s not true. Tom’s Spider-Man has been amazing, and he deserves a better fate than just being replaced in what’s supposed to be his big movie. I love Tobey’s version too, but swapping him in for Tom in Doomsday would be a total letdown.
