4) Trails in the Sky: 1st Chapter

This JRPG, releasing in 2025, is a complete remake of the original Trails game. Everyone who’s played it keeps saying the story is fantastic, the voice acting is top-notch, and the world is so detailed. Seriously, people are calling it the vampire RPG we’ve all been hoping for. It’s a little weird though, because even with all the praise, it doesn’t seem to have that huge of a player base on Steam. It really deserves more attention!

Citizen Sleeper 2 has been well-received, earning a ‘Very Positive’ rating on Steam and an 85 on Metacritic. As an indie sequel, it didn’t reach as wide an audience in 2025 as some other games. However, players who did try it loved the compelling story and its tabletop RPG-inspired progression, making it a standout RPG for science fiction enthusiasts.
