If you enjoy the movie Superbad, you might want to watch it again soon! Known for its humor and realistic portrayal of male friendships, Superbad is leaving Netflix before the new year.

The comedy film I Love You, Man will be removed from Netflix on December 31st. This change happens only two months after the movie became available on the streaming service on November 1st, as reported by New On Netflix.

Released in March 2009, the comedy I Love You, Man was a box office success, earning $92 million despite a $40 million budget. Paul Rudd and Jason Segel’s Chemistry Took Years To Perfect

I was really impressed with everyone in I Love You, Man, but Paul Rudd and Jason Segel just had incredible chemistry as Peter and Steven. It felt so natural! I recently read that they didn’t always click so easily, though. Apparently, they spent time just bouncing ideas off each other, trying different things, until they found what worked. All that effort definitely paid off, because their friendship felt so real on screen!

He explained to Collider that while working with Segel on the 2007 comedy, they tried a lot of improvisational material, but most of it wasn’t strong enough to make the final cut. Though those scenes didn’t quite land, the experience helped him and Segel discover their comedic chemistry. “That was the first time we realized how well we could bounce off each other,” he said.

Though I Love You, Man wasn’t the last time Paul Rudd and Jason Segel acted together, they went on to star in several other films, like This Is 40 in 2012. Rudd would have been pleased to know this during the promotional tour for I Love You, Man.
