The Pokemon Company is limited by how many cards its factories can currently produce, and ensuring those cards are high quality and reach stores is also a challenge. While they’re building a new, larger headquarters to address this, it won’t be finished until at least 2027. Recent reports from the Pokemon TCG website PokeBeach confirm that the company is currently producing cards at its absolute highest capacity, with production numbers significantly increased compared to previous years.

Originally, it was only available on Xbox 360 for the first two years, before being released on other platforms. A remake of the game was launched in 2019, and now, seven years later, another remake is on the way. This new version, called Steins;Gate RE:BOOT, is also being presented as a fresh start for the series and will cost $60. The August 20th release date was previously announced for Japan, and now it’s confirmed for Western audiences as well. However, while Japan will get the game on all platforms simultaneously, the release schedule for other regions is yet to be fully detailed.
