Will Reeve is officially a married man.
According to People magazine, ABC News correspondent Matthew Reeve, son of the late Christopher and Dana Reeve, married event planner Amanda Dubin in Miami on January 17th.
Oh my gosh, you guys, it was everything! Will and Amanda finally got married, and it was so beautiful! All their family and friends were there, and even some of Will’s coworkers from Good Morning America! I was practically glued to social media, and I nearly screamed when I saw Robin Roberts posted a picture of her and Amber, all dressed up for the wedding! She wrote that they were ready to celebrate Amanda and Will, and honestly, I was right there with them in spirit! It was just…perfect. I’m so happy for them both!
Lara Spencer, a contributor to Good Morning America, shared photos and videos from the celebration on social media, describing it as a happy event honoring the couple’s lovely relationship. The bride responded to Spencer’s post with a comment saying, “We love you!!”
Will, 33, and Amanda, 29, started sharing their relationship publicly in April 2023 with a sweet photo taken in Paris at the Eiffel Tower. In November, they announced they were engaged after Will cleverly proposed during what seemed like a charity event in New York City.
Will recounted that when they arrived, the woman immediately exclaimed how beautiful everything was. Amanda, who works as an event planner, began recording a video to gather ideas. Will then playfully asked her to put her phone away, at which point she realized he was about to propose.

Will’s father, Christopher Reeve, was famous for his role as Clark Kent/Superman in the 1978 film and its sequels. He tragically passed away in 2004 at age 52 following a heart attack. He had been paralyzed since a 1995 horse-riding accident. Less than two years later, his wife, Dana, died of lung cancer at the age of 44.
Even though Will lost his parents when he was young, he’s managed to keep their memory alive and feel connected to them over the years.
He shared with USA Today in September 2024 that speaking about his parents helps him feel close to them. He expressed deep pride in being their son and a member of his family.
