Gordon Ramsay would like to see the tensions in the Beckham family simmer down.

A chef who is close friends with David and Victoria Beckham discussed the ongoing distance between them and their son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, and shared what advice he would give to Brooklyn, who is 26 years old.

Gordon recently told The Sun that he wants Brooklyn to remember he comes from a very supportive family. He said, ‘You’re an amazing young man, but your parents have done more for you than anyone ever will – more than any father-in-law, believe me!’

Gordon Ramsay, who has been friends with David and Victoria Beckham for many years alongside his wife, Tana, was surprised and saddened to see the Beckhams experiencing public difficulties.

Gordon said their connection to Brooklyn was strong and he’s personally witnessed how wonderful they are as parents.

He certainly understands that the relationship between parents and their children evolves when the children become adults and start their own families.

Gordon believes David and Victoria Beckham’s dedication to their oldest son is clear, pointing to how much they’ve supported him over the years, alongside raising their other children: Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper Seven, 14.

You know, watching the show, it’s so easy to get caught up in the drama and root for someone, but what really strikes me is how consistently they give people second chances. I’ve seen so many contestants mess up, but the show always seems to stick with them, support them even when things get really tough. Oh my gosh, Gordon was talking about this contestant, and it was SO revealing! He basically said it’s easy to get caught up in the drama, like a rollercoaster, but he knows this person. Following a public family dispute – sparked by a critical social media post where he criticized his parents – Gordon has been communicating with the photographer.

We’ve exchanged a few messages, but it’s a really tough situation,” he said. “I do love him – he’s a wonderful person – but it’s hard when you’re completely captivated by someone. They say love is blind, and there’s truth to that.

He really wants to be independent and create his own path, which I admire, especially coming from someone like him. That’s a positive trait. But it’s important to remember your roots, and to realize that your parents won’t always be there to support you.
