The fighting game Invincible VS has a new playable character, and the developers at Quarter Up say this character, Powerplex, is a strong, versatile choice for players.
Scott Duval became a supervillain after losing family in the Chicago incident. Believing Invincible was responsible, he developed powers that let him absorb kinetic energy and convert it into electricity. He’s a clever fighter, and players who master his abilities will be unpredictable opponents.
From a distance, Powerplex is dangerous, firing long-range attacks that can throw opponents off guard. He’s also very mobile, quickly closing the gap with dashes and launching into close-range attacks that allow for extended combos. He has several powerful finishing moves to maximize damage. While he takes some practice to master, Powerplex is incredibly strong once you learn how to play him.
He’s joining a unique group of characters, including one created by the game developers, just before Invincible VS becomes available on April 30th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
