LeAnn Rimes Shares Health Update After Onstage Teeth Mishap

LeAnn Rimes has had quite the toothy journey.

After a surprising mishap during a concert – her dental bridge came loose – the singer of “How Do I Live” is now determined to be very open and honest about her health.

LeAnn shared with TopMob News that she’s passionate about discussing health. She explained that it’s a major focus in her life and she enjoys sharing her personal experiences—what’s working, what’s new, and what she finds enjoyable—with others.

Currently, the 43-year-old is heavily into biohacking, regularly using an oxygen chamber, red light therapy, and frequent sauna sessions.

The star of 9-1-1 Nashville, who also wrote the song “Wild Things Run” for the show (which airs Thursdays on ABC and the next day on Hulu), recently revealed she was undergoing a detox due to mold exposure on a filming location.

I’m really focused on wellness right now – I’m in the sauna, taking supplements, and doing everything I can to feel good. But a lot of people struggle with these kinds of health issues, and I’m happy to share what I’ve learned if I can figure out what really works. I’m a big believer in talking openly about it.

She’s eager to discuss more than just biohacking. She also wants to raise awareness about her experiences with psoriasis, a skin condition caused by the immune system, and perimenopause, the time leading up to menopause.

“I love to talk about perimenopause,” LeAnn said. “Menopause is a great conversation.”

Dealing with the mental fuzziness of perimenopause was difficult enough, but it was even harder when combined with working in a moldy environment, particularly because she struggled to remember her lines.

I sometimes lose my train of thought mid-sentence and have to pause to remember what I was saying,” she explained with a shrug, adding that it’s a common occurrence.

LeAnn, who married Eddie Cibrian in 2011, has always maintained a positive energy throughout her career. She demonstrated this composure recently when her teeth fell out onstage during a performance in June – an incident she jokingly described to TopMob as “so funny.”

She revealed in an Instagram video that she’s had many dental surgeries and that her front tooth bridge fell out while she was singing.

She explained that during the performance, something came loose, so she quickly stopped, ran to the side of the stage to fix it, and then continued singing as if nothing had happened.

Throughout the rest of her performance, LeAnn repeatedly pushed her teeth back into her mouth while singing, playfully noting it made her aware of all the challenging sounds in her songs.

She described it as an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. ‘I rarely have new experiences in my line of work,’ she said. ‘This was a first, and I hope it doesn’t happen again.’

Jennifer Garner admitted to a slightly embarrassing on-set accident while filming the 2007 movie The Kingdom. She accidentally bit her own tongue during a fight scene – a bit more than she bargained for!

It was absolutely terrifying filming that scene with Sala Baker. Pete Berg, the director, actually instructed Sala to try and really get at me. We hadn’t rehearsed much, so he basically told me I was on my own and to just do whatever it took to protect myself. It was intense!

She continued, explaining that they both jumped into action, and she ended up climbing onto his back. She even bit his ear – they have a photo to prove it, showing a piece missing! They weren’t joking around at all.

The singer shared on her podcast, Whine Down with Jana Kramer, that this happened over ten years ago. She doesn’t remember exactly how many times they went out, but she does remember their final meeting.

Jana, who was around 26 at the time, said Chris asked her to come over when he had some friends visiting from Boston.

Jana recalled that the last thing she remembered was her partner going to the bathroom right after she’d eaten asparagus, which gives urine a noticeable smell. Beauty is pain, but Kim Kardashian might be able to stomach it.

The reality star told The New York Times she’d try almost anything to look younger.

She admitted in June that she’d even consider something extreme – like eating feces daily – if it meant she could look younger. She emphasized she was seriously considering it.

Kim told Allure in July 2022 that she was mostly kidding when she made the comment, but admitted it wasn’t a completely awful idea.

Kim thought for a moment and then said, ‘Honestly, I’d probably eat something awful if I was told it would make me look younger – even if it meant eating a bowl of poop every day.’

She wasn’t sure how much she could eat. “Perhaps just a small taste,” she said. “I definitely couldn’t manage a full bowl.”

Jelly Roll could’ve used some saving from himself.

During an April 2025 interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the singer behind “Save Me” shared a truly embarrassing story, and he didn’t shy away from the details.

“I pooped myself one time,” he admitted. “I did, I’m sorry.”

To be honest, Jelly Roll (whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord) didn’t intend to cause such serious harm.

He firmly believed it was just a misunderstanding. “I sincerely apologize,” he said. “I saw the audience turn from supportive to completely against me.”
