Jennifer Lopez is getting loud about her and Marc Anthony’s breakup.
Jennifer Lopez, who has 18-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, recently discussed the challenging time she went through after their divorce.
Jennifer joked during a Las Vegas show that she became skilled at something after her third divorce. She quickly added, however, that the situation wasn’t actually humorous, and acknowledged it was a sensitive topic.
It was a genuinely difficult period in my life, and I was honestly on the verge of giving up. Being a single mom to three-year-old twins was incredibly challenging. Thankfully, I reached out to someone I really looked up to, Louise Hay. She was an amazing mentor, and though she’s sadly no longer with us, her guidance meant the world to me.
In her time of need, the renowned self-help author knew exactly how to get through to Jennifer.
The 56-year-old woman remembered a conversation she had with someone who asked, “Jennifer, are you a dancer?” Jennifer replied that she was. The woman then asked what Jennifer did when she made mistakes while learning a dance. Jennifer explained that she just kept practicing until she got it right. The woman responded, “That’s right, Jennifer. Always keep dancing.”
Passing along that same message to her fans, J.Lo encouraged the audience to live by her motto.

She finished by saying she hoped everyone would find joy and keep dancing through whatever challenges life brings. “I love you all very much!” she added.
Jennifer Lopez has often been open about her past relationships, and this isn’t new. Having been married before to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Ben Affleck, she recently shared that she feels she’s never experienced genuine love.
Jennifer explained to Howard Stern that she realized it wasn’t a problem with her being lovable, but rather that some people simply aren’t capable of loving properly. She believes these individuals need to work on self-love and appreciate their inner selves.
But at the time, Jennifer’s former partners “gave me what they had.”

Jennifer said they showered her with gifts and tried to give her everything she could ever desire – houses, rings, even marriage. They consistently offered it all to her.
Despite their attempts, things still didn’t work out. As Howard pointed out, people didn’t truly care for her, and she admitted she hadn’t loved herself either.
She explained that having a high-profile career like hers comes with sacrifices. You have to make adjustments in your life, but overall, it’s a very fortunate position to be in.

Jennifer Lopez first married Ojani Noa, a waiter who later became a restaurant owner, in 1997. However, the marriage ended in divorce before a year had passed.

Jennifer Lopez married Cris Judd in 2001, but they separated less than a year later and officially divorced in January 2003. This happened while she was engaged to Ben Affleck.

Judd popped the question with this emerald-cut diamond ring, estimated to be worth six figures.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck began dating in 2002, and during that time, they worked together on the films Gigli and Jersey Girl, as well as Lopez’s “Jenny From the Block” music video.
I was so excited when Ben proposed that November! They were planning a beautiful wedding in Santa Barbara on September 14th, 2003, but just four days before, he called it off. He said all the media attention was just too much. It was heartbreaking, and then in January 2004, they officially announced they were ending their engagement. It was a tough time for all of us who were rooting for them.

Ben Affleck proposed with a stunning pink diamond ring from Harry Winston. The radiant-cut gem weighed 6.1 carats and is estimated to be worth between $1.2 and $2.5 million.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, parents of twins Max and Emme, married in 2004 and separated in 2011. Anthony filed for divorce in 2012, and the divorce was completed in 2014.

Anthony proposed to Lopez with a stunning 8.5-carat blue diamond ring from Harry Winston, valued at around $4 million.

After reconnecting in 2017, Alex Rodriguez, a former star player for the New York Yankees, proposed to his partner on a beach in the Bahamas in March 2019.
In April 2021, J.Lo and A-Rod called off their engagement.

The engagement ring Alex Rodriguez gave her is a 15-carat emerald-cut diamond and is thought to be worth anywhere from $1 million to $5 million.

They started dating again in the spring of 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2022 through Jennifer Lopez’s newsletter. After a quick wedding in Las Vegas in 2022, they had a more formal ceremony in Georgia a few months later. However, in August 2024, she filed for divorce, and the divorce was finalized the following January.

For their second engagement ring, Affleck chose a green diamond, a color Jennifer Lopez considered lucky because she wore a stunning green Versace dress to the 2000 Grammys. The green diamond was cushion-shaped and featured two smaller white diamonds alongside it.
