Bloodborne Returns in Major Animated Movie, and Producer Jacksepticeye Couldn’t Be More Excited

So, everyone’s buzzing about the Bloodborne movie, right? Well, Jacksepticeye – he’s the YouTuber making it – just dropped a new video on his channel all about it. It’s pretty cool to finally hear him talk about the project directly!

He’s a huge fan of FromSoftware games, but Bloodborne is his absolute favorite. He demonstrated his passion for the popular action RPG by showing off related merchandise and a tattoo of a Hunter’s Mark on his arm.

McLoughlin is determined to make this project incredible. She acknowledges some people might be surprised she’s involved as the producer, but promises to do everything she can to ensure it’s the best it can be, according to her vision. She’ll work tirelessly to achieve that goal.

Good news for Bloodborne fans! While a full sequel or remake isn’t here yet, Sony has acknowledged the game and indicated they haven’t forgotten about it.

Sony Pictures revealed at CinemaCon that they’re creating an animated movie based on the game Bloodborne, in collaboration with PlayStation Productions and Lyrical Animation.

Popular YouTuber Seán McLoughlin, who goes by Jacksepticeye, is also a producer on the movie.

The upcoming Bloodborne movie will be an R-rated animated film, and Sony Pictures executive Sanford Panitch has promised it will stay very faithful to the popular PlayStation 4 game.

The game was created in collaboration between FromSoftware and Sony’s Japan Studio, which is no longer operating. It’s a difficult action role-playing game, similar to the ‘Souls’ series, but with its own dark and haunting world.

For years, McLoughlin has been a passionate advocate for Bloodborne, frequently calling it his all-time favorite game. He’s built a large audience on his YouTube channel – he’s been consistently posting videos for over ten years and has earned more than 31 million subscribers and 17.5 billion views with over 5,000 videos.

McLoughlin shared on the Bloodborne subreddit that he’s thrilled to finally show off his project.

He announced he’s dedicated to creating the best possible adaptation of Bloodborne. He explained it’s his all-time favorite game and he understands how eager fans are for more content. While he can’t reveal details yet, he’s thrilled to finally share that the project is underway.

Ever since the game came out in 2015, players have been eagerly asking for more content – whether it’s a refreshed version, a complete rebuild, versions for other consoles, or a brand new game.

Hearing about an animated movie isn’t exactly the same, but it’s still a positive sign, isn’t it?
