We’ve been excited to hear updates about Trials In The Sky 2nd Chapter since it was announced for release in September 2026.
The game now has a release date! Players will be able to revisit the world of Estelle and Joshua on September 17th on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The new version builds on the strengths of the original game, staying true to what fans loved while updating it for today’s players. We’re confident this new installment will be just as enjoyable as the first.
Players who started with the first chapter will encounter many new characters, each with their own unique histories, reasons for fighting, and abilities that will enhance the updated combat system. We’re also offering some great pre-order bonuses on all platforms for eager fans, such as new outfits, music, and an HD version of the original game on consoles – though the HD version is currently only available in Japan.
