Science fiction and horror are consistently popular choices for TV viewers. We’ve seen a surge in shows blending these genres recently, offering both intriguing mysteries and exciting scares. Last year had some great examples, like Alien: Earth, and 2026 promises even more. A highly acclaimed series that perfectly combines sci-fi and horror is returning with a new season, making it a particularly exciting year for fans.
You can now watch Season 4 of From on MGM+. The show stars Harold Perrineau as Boyd Stevens, the leader of a town that no one can leave. Those stuck in the town must survive terrifying creatures that emerge at night while also trying to understand why they’re trapped and if escape is even possible. As the series progresses, the central mysteries become more complex, and the personal stories of those involved are revealed.

Though it might have flown under the radar for some, especially those used to streaming platforms like Hulu or Netflix, ‘From’ has consistently been a great show. Every season has received very positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, with Seasons 3 and 4 achieving a perfect 100% rating. Season 4 promises to be the best yet, as the town’s residents edge closer to understanding their mysterious circumstances—but a new enemy arrives to try and stop them. Though many questions remain in the fourth season of From, there’s positive news about the show’s future. It’s been renewed for a fifth and final season, and it looks like we’re finally moving toward answers and a shocking conclusion. Knowing this is the last season makes things even more exciting, as it means the story is building toward a definite, though likely complex, ending.
